Most software is accessed through the Application Menu (aka ZENworks application launcher) on your computer or shortcuts on desktop.
New Software Install?
Submit software request form though Dept. Chair.
Check all folders. Some programs do not show up until they are installed on your system. You can check if the program has an installer available by looking in the Utilities/Installs section of your applications menu. If you still don't find it, try restarting your computer - once in a while the menu may fail to load completely, and a restart usually fixes this. If it's still missing after all this, then please enter a support request because it may not be installed on your computer or your user account may not be enrolled in the proper group.
