What username/password do I use?
Please use the same username and password for Novell Client (network login for Windows), Mac Folders, Google Apps/Docs, Google Mail, Mobile Email (Google Sync), ZENworks, iFolder, Moodle, Follett Destiny, Follett Shelf, Help Desk, Infinite Campus, Skyward Employee Access and CHS-Internet Wireless please verify @westosha...for gmail.
"Invalid Password" issues:
CAPS LOCK is turned off. If you have tried 5 times and failed, wait 10 minutes for your account to unlock and try again.

Click the Did you forget your password? link on the Novell Client login screen. You will be prompted to answer two of the three password reset questions that you've previously set up. When you answer, you will be able to set a new password. If unsuccessful, visit the IT office.

Passwords must be between 5-20 characters long. They are case-sensitive and can contain any combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. You must log on to a network computer in order to change your network password; changing your network password from your personal device is not currently supported (but will be in the future).
"Tree or Server Not Found" errors:
If using a desktop computer, check that all cables are properly connected - especially the network cable to the wall jack. If you are using a laptop, netbook, or similar wireless device, when the login screen first appears please wait approximately 15-30 seconds before attempting to log in. Please verify the wireless switch is in the "on" position. If this does not solve the issue, please restart the computer.
LDAP is working properly if your username automatically case-corrects (changes capitalization). If your username does not case-correct then the system has not found your account yet and you won't be able to log in. Please wait 15-30 seconds and try again. Restart the computer.
Cabled or Wireless Connection issues:
Try another computer:
- Check your cables to make sure they are securely plugged in.
- Make sure the wireless switch or option on your laptop or portable device is in the "on" position.
- Ensure you are connected to - "CHS-BYOD" for student or staff personal devices
- Wait 15-30 seconds for the wireless connection to fully connect before attempting to log on.
- If your computer is connected to the wall through your telephone, please unplug the telephone from the wall and then plug it in again, and allow the telephone to restart and become functional. Then please restart your computer and try again.
You can try logging in on a different computer, then you will know whether the problem is your account name or your computer. You can also try waiting 10-20 minutes and then try again, in case it is a temporary issue.
